Bespoke Workstations
Having a marking station designed and built to meet your requirements can provide huge advantages to your production process. Our bespoke workstations can be built using any marking technology (dot peen, laser, scribe, electro-chemical etching) and provide you with a semi-automated marking solution that fits in with the rest of your processes
Overview
Taking a standard marking machine and building a workstation around it is a great way of adding value to your marking process. A purpose-built marking station can; reduce cycle times, automate the marking process, improve the quality of marks, and reduce the risk of part damage.
We have experience of building solutions around all marking technologies and for handling a huge range of parts from all manufacturing industries. Options include:
• Bespoke laser marking workstations for complex or large components
• Localised shrouding to reduce noise levels and increase operator safety
• Custom dot peen marking stations with multiple axis of movement
Large Laser Marking Cabinet
Large Laser Marking Cabinet
Our customer required a laser marking system for a variety of large components. We designed and built a suitable enclosure, enabling easy and accurate loading of a variety of components.
The enclosure is fully light sealed to ensure safe laser marking, and features an automatic door for operator speed and ease.
Laser engraving and marking
Belmarking offers permanent marking solutions using laser technology. The ergonomics and size of Belmarking’s range of laser marking machines have been studied to be easily usable in a workshop.
Our laser marking machines are equipped with fibre technology which allows you to mark quickly and precisely on all types of materials. They are mainly used for marking medium to high-speed series, for deep or light engraving, decoration as well as identification for the traceability of any part. Equipped with optional 360° rotating axes, our laser engraving machines also allow marking in all positions. Available in an ultra-compact version with an extremely small marking head, their integration is facilitated on your production lines.
What is laser engraving?
The principle of industrial traceability by laser engraving is based on a beam of high intensity and great finesse focused then directed towards the part to be marked.
Its orientation is ensured by a galvanometric head composed of two mirrors. Laser marking is contactless, universal on all types of supports: plastics, metals, ceramics, etc.
The infrared wavelength of Belmarking laser engraving solutions makes it possible to qualitatively mark all metals (aluminium, steel, painted and chrome steel, stainless steel, bronze, carbide, titanium and titanium alloys, nickel and nickel alloys), as well as than most plastics (polyamide, polypropylene, ABS).
Thanks to Belmarking laser engraving machines, you can easily mark all types of information in a precise and very qualitative way: alphanumeric characters and plain texts, timestamps, barcodes, QR codes, 2D DataMatrix, logos, symbols, images, etc. .
The main sectors of activity for which Belmarking ensures traceability are: automotive, aeronautics, energy, metallurgy, medical as well as many other fields (agriculture, agri-food, defence, electronics, rail, lifting and public works, mechanics, motorcycles, heavy goods vehicles).
